April Vincent has been judging in the college division since 2018. With over 20 years of experience in teaching high school theatre and directing over fifteen productions, as well as working as an actress and stage manage in community productions, April brings a wide range of skills to her judging. Getting to watch talent develop over time is one of the things that she likes best about serving as an Ostrander judge; it is a privilege to see an actor or designer start out and hone his or her skills over multiple productions. April finds it a pleasure to serve as a judge since she loves this community. Her hope for the future of the Ostranders is to support and help grow the smaller theatre companies where there is such talent, creativity, and energy.
